Testimony behind the Adapter

Actually I was at the point where I was already not expecting the adapter to come. Fujitsu ignored three of my email reminders. Then suddenly the thought of something I read through my devotions popped through my mind - "Ask and you shall receive..".. "you can even move mountains with prayer..".. and Jon's sharing during the retreat on how he got his money by asking and believing in it. On Tuesday morning, I woke up.. stoned.. just wallowing over the inconvenience I had for over the past month. Remembering those things, I just told God..  I really need that adapter. And I believed it. So much that I skipped lecture cause I know the postman will be knocking on my door. Moment before deciding to dose back to sleep.. in the next view of consciousness.. Yit Juan was talking with someone at the door. It was the postman with a huge package for me =). Praise God!

Interestingly, later that night during Urban Life, Peggen spoke about how we should just ask for what we want cause we know our God can fulfill it. I took her sharing as God's way of confirming what has happened.

So ask and believe.. cause our God is real.
